The Héritage Sutton historical society is looking for an administrative assistant, responsible for document management.
The task essentially involves :
– filing, describing, indexing and digitizing documents;
– data entry using user-friendly software.
Bilingualism is required for this position, given the large number of English-language documents in the various collections, and in order to be able to communicate with Sutton’s two linguistic communities.
The contract is for 26 weeks, with the possibility of renewal. The work week is 32 hours and some work can be done from home. The contract in on a fee basis.
